3. Object of a research: Object of a research: object of a research are the enterprises of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine and, in particular, State joint-stock holding company " Dneprovsky machine works ". Methods of a research and equipment: the method of logic generalization, system approach, multifactor, economiks and statistical analysis is applied. Theoretical and practical outcomes: the obtained outcomes of a research are, that the practical pitch of a solution of a problem of resumption of industrial activity of the industrial enterprises and, as a corollary, stabilization of economy of Ukraine is done by privatization of the state enterprises and creation of new industrial structures through corporatization and shareholding. The theoretical positions of a thesis can be used during illumination of appropriate themes of rates and spetiale curse for the students of economic faculties of higher educational establishments. Novelty: The concept of management of re-structuring with the help of transformations of the large state enterprises to state holding companies is developed and scientific - justify which bases on normative - legal, organizational, financial and information maintenance, switching on in herself mechanisms of an evaluation of financial possibilities and expediency of transformations, mechanism of the coordination of interests of the participants, request to control functions and main principles of construction of holdings, and also the mechanism of re-structuring is organizational - economic; is developed and the economic-organizational mechanism because of of concepts, offered by the author, and methodical recommendations concerning creation of joint-stock holding companies is fulfilled and the structure of management and structure of horizontal correlations is advanced; The generalised function of managements according to each stage of re-structuring of the enterprises are investigated theoretically by transformation of the state enterprises to state holding companies; because of of theoretical generalization is developed and practically main principles and position under the feasibility report of creation of state holding companies on basis of the state enterprises are used by their conversion, corporatization and shareholding; the complex scientifically and practically of reasonable conclusions and offers on further improvement of process of privatization of the large state enterprises, creation and development of state joint-stock holding companies and financial and industrial groups, stabilization of a commercial production and development of economy of Ukraine is developed. Introduction and orb of use: the theoretical positions and practical recommendations obtained during researches, are used in activity of the enterprises of the Ministry of industrial policy, which is confirmed by the acts of introduction.
