Starun N. Study of layered package's structure of cross winding by imitating modeling method

The object of investigation is the technological system of liquid treatment of threads in packages. The aim of this work is the improvement of the technology of liquid liquid treatment of threads in cross winding packages on the basis of detail studying of the package structure on the thread level. The task put in this work were solved with using the method of imitation modeling. The decomposition of model structure of the package as a body of package was fulfilled for the first time. The visual images of package layer structure, the quantitative characteristics of the distribution of the contact sites of twist intersecting on the package unroll layers were received. The dependence on contact sites distribution of intersecting threads with perforation edges from the angle of thread lifting and perforation size were also received. The local mathematical models of package structure formation were developed. The new way and the device of liquid treatment of threads in packages and new constructions of per forated tubes for liquid treatment of threads in packages were developed on the basis of the principle of contact sites dynamic decomposition.
