Essay

Subject of investigation is pigmental dyeing. The aim of investigation is finding the ways of pigmental dyeing intensification and getting cotton fabrics with improved consumption qualities. Methods of investigations. In the work are used: thermodynamic method of adhesion description; conception of critical surface tension; mechanical aspect of adhesion ( adhesion compounds destruction); colloid-chemical method of adhesion compounds strength raising, based on raising of cohesion tape of binder; new conception of dyeing electronic theory. Standard program CHEMOS and spectrophotometric method of investigation of dyeing efficiency and intensificators influence on dyeing characteristics of the fabrics have been applied . The dependence of the pigmental dyeing quality from critical surface energy of the cotton fabrics is shown. Established, that in case of dyeing by the pigments- surface fabric abilities are more important than volumetric ones . Effective methods of pigmental dyeing intensification are pro posed. The quality of textile goods has been improved , dye and electric power consumption decreased in 1,5-2 times. Manufacturing testing has positive result and may be applied into finishing works of cotton industry.
