Essay

In the thesis was performed the comparative analysis of intensification methods under suspension thickening and sediment densification and possibility of acoustic pressure waves using for this purpose it has been installed. It was formulated the mechanism of fine disperse suspension thickening and it was discovered that acoustic pressure waves enhance velocity of solid phase aggregating remaining indifferent to process of formed aggregates sedimentation. The mathematical model of acoustic pressure waves preparation within suspension and dissipative properties for its application have been developed. Use the model allowed to calculate constructive and technological parameters of equipment. Developed kaolin and coal dressing technology with using of acoustic pressure waves for acidic suspension thickening and sediment densification.
