The thesis provides theoretical concepts and practical recommendations for the agricultural and industrial production market formation in the transitional period in Ukraine. This project investigates the main issues of agricultural and industrial business production market and its importance for Ukrainian economy. The current study reveals the main ways of agricultural and industrial business production market formation in the modern conditions and aims to indicate the role of the grain market among AIC product markets. The present day state of the grain market has been analyzed and the peculiarities of its development have been defined. We have stated support for the necessity of the grain market organization to be improved through developing the integrational connection ties between the subjects of the given market, its price and financial regulation. The author has proposed out models of state regulation of the Ukrainian grain market on the basis of purchase and commodity intervention, mor tage oper ations and compensative customs, and has shown their drawbacks and advantages.
