Mokhamed A. International law problems of the common customs area creation in the arab region.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of practical international law issues of the Arab common market creation and activity. Aim and task are to study the original development of customs systems in different arab states; to analyze the existing forms of arab regional and subregional economic integration, mainly from of view of the customs law aspects of their activity; to define the peculiar tendencies typical to the contemporary arab integration processes. The research is made in a comparative analysis of economic integration in arab region (Arab common market), Latin America (Mercosur), North America (NAFTA), European continent (European Union) and the CIS (5 Independent States Customs Union). The main topic is introduced in historical development and comparative aspects.
