The dissertation is devoted to research of the developing genre's signs in the christian religion sermons and in the modern ukrainian publicistic writing. The complex studies of scientific elaboration in a field of the historical moving sermon's genre and genre's structure of the publicistic texts were made. It is clear that the Bible was the main spring inspiration for the first Ukrainian priachers.
