The dissertation is devoted to justification of navigation and power parameters of magnetic stereotaxis system. A method of increase reliability of individual anatomic correction in functional neurosurgery is developed. A mathematical model of dynamics of a surgical tool in nervous tissue under activity of permanent magnetic field are developed. A complex analysis of working forces in magnetic stereotaxis system, with accounting physical characteristics of nervous tissue is obtained. An equation of movement of a surgical tool in magnetic stereotaxis system is analysed. Navigation and power parameters, practical recommendations and medical-technical characteristics for designing of stereotaxical system with magnetic guidance are developed.
