Author of dissertation analysed G. Frege's, B. Russell, R. Carnap and other's philosophers logical conceptions which characterised the rise of the new epoch development of philosophy. Then in dissertation considers the contents of discussion between representatives analytical philosophy about meaning linguistic expressions "I know", "I see" et set. In this dissertation also cites standpoints of L. Wittgenstein, D. Austin and other about possibility or impossibility of adequate presentation in consciousness certain person somebody else's consciousness. Author of dissertation contends that ideas analytic philosophers is necessary to take into account if we shall create formal theory of consciousness. The dissertation is a research of analytical philosophy, epistemological and logical research of mining structure expressions about experience. They are dividing for the two type: expressions about sensation and expressions about perception. Author was introducing conception "a possible universe" for making conception "meaning opinions about experience" more precise. This term means adequate description of specify situation - situation when we use opinions about experience by itself this experience. Author of dissertation elaborate formalise system C1 for explication of mining structure expressions about experience.
