Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problems of the remedial form in criminal legal proceedings of Ukraine. In this work the definition of the term of remedial form is given, its types and characteristics are examined. Also the author considers theoretical questions of development of historical forms of criminal legal proceedings and the problematic questions regarding to improvement of the remedial forms in criminal legal proceedings based on the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996. The concrete offers concerning improvement of the criminal-remedial legistation, which relates to the given problem, is formulated in this dissertation.
