The dissertation presents a widerange analysis of the scientific works devoted to the problem of the investigation, its social-pedagogical requirements, tasks and ways of physical training of the preschool-age children. Analysis and results of the investigation show considerable lagging of certain indicators referred to children brought up in a family. As a solution to this problem the test variant program for the volunteers and methodical recommendations for parents in the field of physical culture are given in this thesis.
