Anisimova M. Obligations of Ukraine in the sphere of human rights in connection with its entry to the Counsel of Europe.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of the fulfilment of Ukraine membership obligations before the Counsel of Europe in the sphere of security and protection of human rights. The way of Ukraine to the Counsel of Europe is observed; the state and dynamics of the fulfilment of the state obligations before the Counsel of Europe in the systematic form on quality, quantity and profound indicators are analyzed in details; the factors that break the legible and timely fulfilment of such criteria as court, public prosecution, legal educational system reforms, reconstruction of the work and structure of the penitentiary system etc. are revealed; the conformity of the valid Ukrainian legislation with the requirements of the European Convention on human rights and main freedoms is investigated in the examples of some rights of the citizens (the right to life, the right to free choice of residence and housing) and some specific proposals of its perfection are made.
