The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of alimentary factor on the beginning and development of iron deficiency state with young women and to developing of methods of their alimentary prophylaxis. It was set that meat, sausage, liver, fish, fruits and ber-ries have the most powerful positive influence on in-dexes of iron deficiency. Tea, coffee, milk, eggs influ-ence basic iron deficiency indexes negatively. It was set that the number of total iron at ration for women is ought to be at the level of 20 mg per day, also including 3,35 mg of heme iron.
