Object - educational speech activity of children of preschool age with a delay of mental development DMD; a subject - feature of formation of creative coherent speech (CCS) at children of preschool age with DMD. Methods - theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, empirical methods. The purpose - creation of the scientifically proved technique of formation CCS at children of preschool age with DMD, its(her) approbation and introduction in practice of work of special preschool establishment. Practical value - definition of effective methods and receptions, which promote formation of necessary knowledge, skills and skills at children of preschool age with DMD for successful training them CCS during dialogue, creation of system of work directed on development of these skills, development of the appropriate unit of the program. The novelty - is theoretically proved pedagogical necessity, the opportunity of use of a technique of training CCS of children of preschool age with DMD is experimentally proved, the contents of educational process are concretized and specified, the optimum methods and receptions of pedagogical influence in training are selected, the technique of formation CCS with a support on speech activity of children of preschool age with DMD is developed. The psichological and pedagogical and methodical conditions of realization of the system approach to formation of CCS at children of preschool age with DMD are revealed.
