The object of the research: professional activity of the teacher on development of creative abilities of the senior pupils. The purpose of the research - to justify theoretically, develop and experimentally approve effectiveness of the structurally functional model of professional activity of the teacher, directed on development of creative abilities of the senior pupils by organization and control of creative activities of the senior pupils at the lessons of natural - mathematical cycle. Methods of testing: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Scientific novelty and theoretical consequence of the research: for the first time it is disclosed and grounded the general structure of professional activity of the teacher on development of creative abilities of the senior pupils; the component analysis is carried out, the comparative characteristic of formed readiness of the teachers to the given activity is shown; the concepts "creative activities", "virtual dialogue", "control of creative activities of the senior pupils", "indirect pedagogical control" with definition of control functions are updated; the dialectic connection of the process of creative activities of the senior pupils with development of their creative abilities is disclosed, and also the parameters of creative abilities of the senior pupils are rendered concrete.
