Essay

The object of a research is administrative - command systems market economic systems and stages of their genesis. Methods of a research and equipment: consists in generalisation and development of bases of an economic system, maintenance of op-eration of an economic system, study, generalisation and develop-ment of mechanisms, major factors and conditions of maintenance of development of an economic system. The theoretical and practical outcomes of work are, that the conclusions are made which can be used hereinafter study of becoming and development of the market, market attitudes, in a research of theoretical and methodological problems of the property and privatisation. The obtained theoretical development and methodical approaches can be used in educational process. Novelty: the model of a structure of the item mechanism of operation of an economic system with selection of the purposes, forms and methods of economic regulation is offered; Is developed and scientifically concept of transformationofan infrastructure of the market attitudes is justified which includes means and directions of improvement is organisational - economic of the mechanism of operation of the share market during its becoming and development, that will allow to generate economically stable and is organisational the balanced strategy of state management of economy; is certain(determined), that the inflation is by an outcome of operation of all economic system, as the complex mechanism of redistribution of the created added product, and not just process which is inherent in the money circulation; the experience of countries with transitional econ-omy is generalised, the features of process of market transformation and degree of influence of state regulation on development of an economic system are certain(determined) which will allow to the state to correct directions of development of an economic system depend-ing on the factors and conditions, which influence it operation; The role is clarified which is given privatisation forwant of modification of an economic system, the contents of concept "privatisation" and features of its application in countries with transformations by economy is updated, that enables to define effective directions of development of the market attitudes in Ukraine; the system of improvement of an infrastructure of the share market is synthesised which includes the purposes and factors of regulation of the share market and the mechanism of optimisation of a control system is organisational - economic. Introduction and orb of use: the theoretical positions and practical recommendations obtained during researches are entered into educational process of the Kharkov national university by him. V.N. Karazina for want of reading of rates " State industrial policy of Ukraine", "Foreign trade Activities of the enterprises (corporations)", Modern economic systems ". The scientific outcomes of a research have served as a theoretical basis of reforming of an industrial system Dneprovski of machine works. The theoretical fundamental's of the concept of transformation of the market attitudes were used during creation of holding, which is confirmed by the certificates of introduction.
