Chebotar'ova N. Macroeconomic investment activity regulation of Agroindustrial complex (under industrially-oriented region conditions)

Object of research: system of mechanisms and levers macroeconomic of regulation investment activity in АIC at state and regional levels. The purpose of research: a substantiation of the conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for improvement of state regulation's system of investment activity in АIC industrially-oriented region. Methods: method of the logic analysis, method of the system-structural analysis, functional approach, situation approach. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual approach to definition of the basic circuit of development of investment activity is developed, the classification of its elements and mechanism of formation of an investment climate is proved; the role of the state in regulation of investment activity in АIC is opened and the necessity of its strengthening at a stage of formation of the market relations is proved; the necessity, opportunity and expediency of application experience of the advanced countries of the world in realization of structura l transformation of economy is determined, including in АIC, and its forms, and also organization-methodical basis are determined. Scientific novelty: the role, possible social-economic consequences and most effective forms of the international investment cooperation is proved; the directions and mechanisms of increase of investment appeal АIC of industrial region are advanced; functions by stimulation of interbranch connections АIC of region are classified and its methodical bases are offered. Degree of introduction: the results of researches are used by the processing enterprises of Lugansk area, Lugansk regional management of statistics, The closed joint-stock company "Luganskmyasoprom", are applied in educational process in Lugansk State Agrarian University; were used at preparation of the International Ukrainian-Chinese exhibition Lugansk regional commercial and industrial chamber. Efficiency: use of research results will promote stabilization and increase of production efficiency of the enterprises АICo f Lugansk area. Sphere, area of use: enterprises АIC of Ukraine.
