Dissertation researches peculiarities of forming and development of stock capital in transition economies of Ukraine. It gives general and specific features of stock capital in modem conditions in developed countries, the countries with transitional economies and in Ukraine. It is disclosing the place and the role of stock capital in economy of Ukraine, examining the organizational structure of management of stock capital, economic levels of its function, opening the point of economic relations. It is making the analysis of basic peculiarities of development of stock capital in Ukraine and Krum autonomy. On the basic of question airing of citizen in Feodosya it is disclosing the place and the role of little stockholder in management of stock capital, getting the profits, possibilities of selling the stock. It is making the basic direction of improvement of corporate management on macro- and micro levels, development of economic mechanism and optimised corporate relations.
