Об'єкт дослідження - the psychological aspects of solving conflicts in investigation activity. Мета дослідження - the disclosure of legaland psychological aspects of the origin, the dynamics and the solving of conflickt in the investigation activity. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) general scientific (systematic, logical and juridical, comparative and legal); b) particular scientific (logical, functional, psychological diagnosis); c) concrete social (questionnaire, studies of supervised affairs); d) statistic (observations, reports, groups, indicafors' analysis). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the mentionned theoretical positions can be the prime scientific base for the following studies of the psycholosical and criminalistic' problems of the solving of conflicts in the investigation activity. Практичні результати і новизна - the principal positions of the thesis can be used in the practical activity of investigating authorities; b) in the studies of the project of the criminalistic trial Code of Ukraine. Some positions and conclusions of this thesis can be used for the preparation of some parts of the textebooks and the training appliances of the course "Criminalistic" and "Juridicial psychology", in the scientific researches of military candidates, listeners, military cadets and students of the higher educational establishements of the MIA system of Ukraine, in the improving of the professional skills of investigation authorities and in the educational courses concerning the improving of legal knowledges of population. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the proposals formulatel on the base of the results of the research are sent to the investigation authorities of MIA of Ukrraine. They are used in the teaching of special course "The model of skills for the solving of the conflict situations in the investigation activity". Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and proposals are positivly appreciated by specialistes. Сфера використання - the investigation activity, legislative and educational process.
