Chepur O. Features of the investigator’s psychological influence on the personality of the suspect in the course of investigative actions

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical analysis, generalization and empirical research of the problem of psychological influence of the investigator on the personality of the suspect in the course of investigative actions. The dissertation develops and describes a theoretical model of the legitimate psychological influence of the investigator on the suspect in the course of investigative actions; the content of understanding the essence of psychological influence by investigators and its application in professional activity is revealed; the psychological determinants of the investigator's psychological influence on the suspect in groups of subjects with different work experience and position were analyzed; mechanisms and regularities of realization of psychological influence of the investigator on the suspect in the course of investigative actions are revealed; the program of development of skills of psychological influence of investigators on suspects is developed and its efficiency is proved.
