Sokolov O. Features of personal-professional responsibility of police officers

In the dissertation it is theoretically substantiated that the feature of professional responsibility of police officers is the dominance of its legal functioning. The concept of personal - professional responsibility of police officers is empirically substantiated, the factor structure of which presents the interaction of personal, professional, moral, social responsibility and interdependence of their components in a single integrated space of responsibility, which is characteristic of both groups, while the content of factor structures. The factor structure established in the first group includes such factors as "Idealized content of responsibility", "Prosociality of responsibility", "Interpersonal color of responsible behavior" and "Emotional risk of deformation of responsibility". In the second group, the identified factor structure is represented by the factors "Responsibility as a resource of professional activity", "Responsibility as a resource of life" and "Locus of destruction of responsibility". The content of empirically identified factor structures of personal - professional responsibility determines its two types: prosocial-emotional and pragmatic-reflexive. The author offers practical recommendations for the formation of personal and professional responsibility of police officers, which are based on techniques to support professional motivation, self-actualization, development of stress management skills, self-regulation, self-control, support for effective professional interaction, etc.
