Kozub D. Transition processes in industrial economy: content and methods of structuring

The object of study: transitional industrial economics. The objective of study: analysis of the problem of transition states, revealing of the most essential characteristics of the transition processes in the economics, development of adequate methods of their analyzing, structuring and forecasting. The methods of study: the system approach to the analysis of economical phenomena, the method of transferring from abstractness to concreteness, modelling method. Results, novelty: 1) it is established that there is a trend of integration of micro-, macro and mega-components of the economics into a unified theoretical model on an extended methodological basis; 2) the trend toward a relative temporary prolongation and complication of transition states in the economical systems is revealed; 3) it is shown that an adequate analysis of the transitional economics within the present-day scientific paradigm is significantly complicated by specific features of the system of transitional economics; 4) it is proventhat the coincidence in time of the market transformation processes and the post-industrial structural changes determines the special status of the transitional economics; 5) it is proven that the increase of the transaction costs and changes in their structure are due to the underdevelopment of institutional mechanisms; 6) it is shown that the necessary condition of developing an adequate theoretical model of a transient state is its complex analysis covering four levels; 7) the conclusion about the destabilizing effect of a low share of the value added is validated; 8) a method of multi-parametric structuring in a dynamical model by integrating the branch and regional structures of the national economy is developed; 9) the methods of reflecting the external economic factors in the model of the transitional economics, taking into account the policy of quoting and circulation of several main currencies, are developed. The application area: courses and advanced courses devoted to modeling of the transient economic structures, public institutions that are concerned with modeling of economical processes on the regional and national levels.
