Об'єкт дослідження - activity of Expertiseand Forensic Units as legal and psychological problem. Мета дослідження - is devoted to elucidation of organization systematic and psychological ability of forensic experts MIA of Ukraine. Методи дослідження та аппаратура - inquirers, interviewing, etstimations of experts. Теоретичні результати і новизна - psychological description of the main directions of forensic experys activity; it has determined the optimization directions and means to yrain experts and to prehare them psychologically for their work as experts. Практичні результати і новизна - the qualification description and psychogram of the persjnnti of hte Expertise and Forensic Units has been worked. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the proposals formulated on the base of thr results of the research are sent to the MIA of Ukraine. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and proposals are positivity appreciated by specialistes.
