The paper is devoted to scientific and methodical bases of macroeconomic parameters mutual adjustment development, which characterize social and economic development of Ukraine, and consolidated budget parameters on different stages of their working out. Step-by-step scheme of program and budget parameters adjustment during their development was worked out. Forecasting methods of budget and macroeconomic parameters of economy development mutual influence are suggested.
