Essay

Dissertation is devoted to one of the most important problems of Ukrainian economy for current moment which is threatening increase of national debt payments. It is defined and searched the sense of the government loans making, their functions and motives of realisation, it is proved the necessity of the management of the government loans strategy developing oriented on the structural reforming of the national economy of Ukraine. The concrete recommendations concerning improvement legal, macroeconomic and institutional regulation of government loans management proposed make a complex of measures on prevention of the debt crisis in Ukraine.
