The problems of the entrepreneurial development in the sphere of art in Ukraine in the conditions of market transformation of national economy are researched in the thesis. Considerable attention is paid to the theoretical and methodological principles of the analysis of the entrepreneurial activities in the art sphere. The process of formation of the social and economical conditions in the entrepreneurial development in the art sphere was considered. It was analyzed its state in Ukraine. The world experience of development stimulation of entrepreneurship in the art sphere was assessed. It was offered the reformation scheme of this field of national economy.
