Gatsura V. Motivation Management of Small Agribusiness Enterprises

Object of research: industrial, processing, commercial small enterprises АIC of Ukraine. The purpose of research: study of methodological and applied aspects of formation of system motivation of management in the small enterprises АIC. Methods: historic-economic, statistics-economic, monographic, sociometric, abstract-logic. Theoretical and practical results: the problems of enterprise activity's motivation on government level, use motivation management on corporate and Inside firm's levels are decided; the offers on improvement of state measures of business' activization and influence motivation on the personnel of the small enterprise are proved. Scientific novelty: the essence of concept of motivation of labour behaviour is specified; the factors rendering assistance motivation to management in АIC are determined; the role of non-material motivation of work is proved; the methodical approaches and specifications of efficiency's stimulation of work of the hired personnel and design circuit of management' technology of its activity in small agrarian formations are developed. Degree of introduction: the results of research are introduced at the enterprises of agriculture of the Nikolaev and Kiev oblasts, are used in educational process of Southern-slavic university, the recommendations are approved by the Nikolaev Centre of support of business. Efficiency: expected economic benefit - 207 thousand grn. Sphere, branch of use: the small enterprises of a agroindustrial complex.
