The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological issues of international marketing effectiveness analysis for enterprises. The core of the research is author?s complex analysis method of international marketing strategy effectiveness. This method has been developed in order to evaluate the degree of reaching marketing goals of the company together with weighting each goal, to research the nature of the main factors that influence the strategy effectiveness, to develop measures of marketing strategies ajustment in the future. There are recommendations for analysis peculiarities of marketing strategy effectiveness for companies in Ukrainian market.
