The mathematical models of instant forces at a cutter are developed. The parameters of cutters and destruction regime ensuring reduction of specific energy expenses for coal crushing and improvement of coal grade are determined. The results are used by a machine-building factory "Buran" for designing of the cutting tool and effectors for stoping combines. The application domain - design institutes and factories of mining machinery manufacturing.
