Zakharin S. Governmental regulation of the foreign investments

The economy of Ukraine. Improvement of the scientific methods and the government regulation mechanism of foreign investments. Dialectic, system, comparative analysis, factor analysis, scientific abstraction approach, modelling. General theoretical knowledge concerning the government participation in commitment and effective use of foreign investments have been resumed, methods of improving of the Ukrainian investment environment have been grounded, improvement measures of foreign investment regulation. Mechanism have been proposed. Integrated method for investment environment assessment have been developed, the necessity of urgent involvement of domestic investment sources have been proved. It is indicated, that a non-resident reacts slowly to the stand-alone government control mechanisms (including tax regulation). The foreign investments effect in the reproduction process have been analysed. This method have been implemented in the work of State Assets Fund, the results sent to the appropriate administrations.
