Essay

The thesis is devoted by a question of abbreviation of duration of a production cycle by construction of rational variant of balance of assembly. The method of synthesis of rational variants of balance of assembly of workpieces is developed which takes into account a series of technology factors of balance of assembly and allows to minimize duration of a production cycle. The mathematical model of an article and industrial system is developed which takes into account assembly of a circuit, presence of referencing, selection of nodal folding both simultaneous installation of details and assembly units on base.
