Antipov A. Epizootology of metastrongyles invasion in Forest-Steppe and Polissy zones of Ukraine, improving the schemes of dehelminthosy of pigs

The object of investigation ( the swine of big white breed. The purpose of investigation ( analysis of contemporary issues of epizootology of methastrongiloses invasion in Polissy and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine and development of effective schemes dehelminthisation of swine with methastrongiloses invasion. The method of investigation ( helminthological ( feces and lungs of pigs, the tissues of rain worms, morphological ( rain worms, biochemical ( pigs' blood. Scientific novelty - For the first time it was established the dependability of dynamic of the levels of methastrongiloses invasion from the kind of farm and furrowing season in Polissy and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine, there was specified the kind of methastrongiloses species and their intermediate hosts, there was found the difference of the invasion level of intermediate hosts depending on their location. For the first time there were developed, tested and proposed the schemes for dehelminthisation of swine with methastrongiloses invasion using Kuben, Kuben and Medamin, Valbasen, Cidectin, 1.2% Aversect, Aversect AC-1, Univerm 0.2%. Using the dates on dynamic of hepatospecific ferments, protein and its fractions, erythropoiesis and leucopoiesis it was established that the changes in organism of swine with methastrongiloses invasion, when using Univerm, were characterized by restoration of hemopoiesis, liver function, structure of hepatocytes, decreasing the level of allergisation and increasing of nonspecific immunity.
