The dessirtation is devoted to the scientific devepment of the economic mechanism of leasing operations in the investment activity of Ucraine. The analysis of the Ucrainian leasing companies and of the legistration is conducted, the effectiveness of leasing and traditional investment instruments is determined, the risks inleasing operations are analyzed. On the base of the prediction research conducted the directions and measures are suggested for forming of the effective mechanism of leasing relations for further activation of the investment activity in Ucraine.
