Essay

The main objective of this paper consists in the development of expense management methodology on the system approach basis. The author has developed methods for identification and establishment of system-based relationship between economic expense and organizational structure elements and methods of expense grouping on the basis of economic elements, developed a qualitative (normative) expense grouping model, expense elements optimization methods on the basis of dynamic programming.
