Object of the: the process of management of enterprise financial resources. Purpose: the working out of theoretical- methodological basics of the development of the economic-organizing mechanism of the monitoring of financial resources usage efficiency of the building enterprise. Methods of researches: methods of knowledge, theoretical summarizing and comparison, abstract- logical method, statistic-economical methods, methods of empirical study and supervision, method of systems analysis, index method. Scientific outcomes: the evaluative criteria of the financial resources usage efficiency are proposed, namely, the change of resource and capital output ratio of final results, it permits, in contrast to present, to calculate extra conditional capital attraction or release and to determine the reserves of efficiency increase; economical meaning of the notion “financial resources” is defined more exactly as lump-sum industrial costs of the building enterprise to provide funds-armed of labour and continuity of industrial and commercial activity, that permits new criteria of efficiency evaluation to be substantiated; methodological approach to the bankroll management was improved, which is based on the law of efficiency increase of production, that permits ,on the base of analysis of proposed criteria, minimizing the unit weight of bankroll at the final results of building enterprise; informational and organizational provision of monitoring process of bankroll usage efficiency has obtained further development, that permits to make managerial decision on elimination of the negative deflections of proposed criteria on the following characteristics: time, nomenclature, liability centers, peopleware; the method of quantity evaluation of economical effect of application of the economic-organizing mechanism of the monitoring of bankroll usage efficiency of the building enterprise has obtained further development.
