Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of innovative theoretical bases for requirements of an economic estimation, formation rational making and source-scheduling of a portfolio of building investments. The innovation of the suggested approach is defined by that economic models of an estimation and optimization of components of a portfolio of investments provide rational structure of sources of the financing, an appropriate level of financial stability of the investor, satisfactory for the investor a level of a gain of liquid actives of projects in making a portfolio, high profitableness, and also reliability of executors of projects. On the basis of theoretical scientific results the technique of an economic substantiation of managerial processes by real investments and a program complex „Stage-by-stage economic diagnostics and formations of a rational portfolio of investments " is developed.
