Burlyay O. The increase of the effectiveness of investments in construction

The thesis is devoted to the basis of theoretical, methodical and practical approaches to the increase of the effectiveness of construction investments in the Crimea. The assessment of unsatisfactory state of investing activity in regional construction is considered herein. An effective mechanism of rational distribution of limited investments on capital construction is proposed in the manuscript. The basis of thin mechanism is an economic-mathematical apparatus that was approbated on real information taking use of information formed in the research of technical and economic data of different kinds of constructions on the scale of three big customers and on the regional level on the whole. The practical realization of scientific way of the increase of the effectiveness of investments in construction makes it possible to carry out rational set of most important objects from new unfinished construction in to investment programе for the next year so that to distribute effectively the limited budget construction funds.
