The dissertation is devoted to the problem of raising investment and innovation activity effectiveness of building organizations in market conditions. Peculi-arities of investment and constructing process manage-ment in Ukraine and developed countries are discov-ered. Analysis of Ukrainian and foreign methods and methodical recommendations on project effectiveness assessment is fulfilled investment and innovation ac-tivity condition of Donetsk regional enterprises is analysed. Game model of optimal strategy choice for constructing organisation is worked out. Complex sys-tem of investment and innovation project effectiveness evaluation is offered
