By object the research is a recreation-tourist orb. The concept of development of a recreation-tourist orb is developed. The necessity of introduction in a structure of management of organisation-economic shaping of a subsection of marketing, the main directions of an evaluation of investment attractiveness are developed and structure organisation-economic of the mechanism of management of investment activity, the method of account of efficiency of the investments is advanced.
