Essay

Object of research: competitiveness of production of animal industries in the agricultural enterprises of the Sumy region. The purpose of research: study of theoretical and methodological bases both applied aspects of formation and effective functioning, regulation and substantiation of directions of improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of increase of competitiveness of production of animal industries. Methods: system-structural, abstract-logic, comparative, balance, correlation-regress analysis, groupings, graphic, expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: the decision of a problem increase of competitiveness animal industries' production by improvement of the methodical approaches to creation of system functioning, regulation and improvement of this mechanism in market conditions and substantiation of directions improvement organizational-technological level of production of animal industries' production in view of it ecology and realization ecology safety's principles ofconducting branch in the agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: a substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of creation and effective functioning of the organizational-economic mechanism of increase of competitiveness of milk and meat large horned cattle as systems of levers and methods of product quality control in view of ecology-economic forces of stable agriculture's development in market conditions. Degree of introduction: the results of researches are used by the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, Senior management agricultural and foodstuffs Sumy regional state administration, in educational process of the Sumy national agrarian university. Efficiency: increase of manufacture high-quality, ecology safety both competitive milk and meat large horned cattle and products of their processing, that guarantees effective conducting animal industries in market conditions. Sphere, branch of use: dairy and meat grocery subcomplexes АПК, agricultural, milk and meat processing enterprises in regions.
