Gutsul T. Economic efficiency of production and formation of milk market (on the material of enterprises in suburban zone Kyiv)

Object of researches: economic activities of firms on effecting and processing of milk in a residential suburb and city Kiev. The purpose of researches: mining and substantiation of alternate ways of increase of an economic efficiency of effecting and processing of milk in residential suburbs and formation of the market of milk in conditions of market economy. Methods: comparative, monographic, economic-mathematical, graphic, generally accepted statistical methods. Outcomes: the nature of an economic efficiency of effecting and feature of formation of the market of milk and milk production in conditions of market economy is updated; is research the tendencies of an economic efficiency of effecting of milk on firms of a residential suburb; is conducted an estimation of an economic efficiency of effecting of milk and milk production on firms of a residential suburb; the reserves of effective development of milk cattle breeding and processing of milks raw on firms of a residential suburb and city of Kievare detected; the ration of a feeding for the cows milk is offered; the measures for improvement of relationships between the commodity producers and milk cattle breeding by firms of locale are justified. The findings of investigation in the form of the proposal will be used by the Ministry of an agrarian policy, are reviewed by Headquarters of an agriculture and foodstuffs by the Kiev regional administration and district administration of the Kiev area and are adopted to an intrusion in effecting; will be used in educational process at analysis of economical disciplines.
