Kovalko O. The management strategy of oil & gas complex of Ukraine in conditions of institutional and innovation transformations

The Thesis investigates the development of oil and gas complex of Ukraine under the circumstances of globalization and institutional transformations. There have been specified the factors impeding the development of domestic oil market. It has been proved that to maintain the competitiveness of oil and gas enterprises, it's necessary to provide the efficient innovation management as well as to realize the strategic approach in solving the development problems. The foundation of the management strategy of oil and gas sector is its reconstruction and the management system reforming on the basis of creation of vertically integrated Oil Company taking into account the experience of some leading world companies. There was proposed the list of measures on the improvement of oil and gas enterprises activity regulation in rental, price and depreciation policy, in taxation, and also in budgeting.
