Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the formation of pedagogical empathy in the pedagogical action. The author underlines the necessity of inclussion of empathy into a pedagogical action as its structural element. The theoretical functional model of the empatic pedagogical action is presented. Possibility of the formation of students' pedagogical empathy according to the elaborated training programme in pedagogical higher sducational institutions hes been proved experimentally. The development, in each pupil, the qualities of the educational activity agent becomes possible due to the training of a teacher, who would be ready for empathic pedagogical interacttion with a pupil. This would essentially enrich the opportunities of the upbringing in the modem school.
