Stepanenko S. Investment resources and their use in transformation economy

Object of study: economy of transformation period. Purpose of study: to define an economic contents of categories "investment recourses" and "investment process", particularities of its shaping and motivation of directions and ways of development in the transitive a society, to create an optimal models of making investment decisions. Methods of study: system, functional analysis, economic system modelling, logical etc.. Results, novelty: In the present paper the classification of investment resources has been worked out. The classification comprises non-traditional sources, such as human capital and socio-economic information. On the basis of the research of different models of making investment decisions the dependence of these models on personal factor is revealed. The terms "investment environment" and "enterprise investment potential" are introduced in the thesis and the correlation between them is revealed. he conclusion about the primary role of institutional factors in the formation of inner investment environment in transformational economy and the necessity for optimization of interaction between formal and informal norms with the aim of acceleration such formation is substantiated.
