The dissertation paper is devoted to the research of the investment involving in the Ukrainian economy. The ground for investment process, the features of interconnection between investments and structural changes in the economy, and basing on this analysis the investment priorities in Ukrainian economy are formulated. The peculiarities of the interconnection of the categories: savings, investment, GDP growing index, the features of their connection in transition Ukrainian economy are shown, in particular on the stage of overcoming the crisis and gradual movement to the stage of stabilization and economic growth.
