Dobrovolskij A. The Bank of Activity and Effectiveness in the Conditions of Market Transformation.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the development of commercial bank activities, the problems of their effectiveness in the conditions of market transformation of the economy in Ukraine. The essence, functional purpose of banks in the market system of management and the peculiarities of the development of bank activity in transitional economy are analyzed. On the basis of analytical assessment of effeciveness of commercial banks promising directions of activity development are defined, the processes of their influence on the market transformation of economy is studied. The necessity and the ways of expansion of bank services sphere as well as diversification of bank activity on the basis of information technologies are substantiated. The promising directions of bank technologu implementations into other spheres of activity, namely, goods market, are defined. The methods of effective receivership and spending of commercial bank are established, the components of the system of personnel management of bank institutions are defined.
