Essay

The dissertation deals with theoretical basis and a new solution of the scientific problem which is in the development of a new complex method of treatment of patients with chronic recurring candidiasis vulvovaginitis (CRCV) using of system antimicotic itrakonazol, preparation containing lactobacterium "Vagilak" and hormonal correction directed on decrease to duration and frequency of relapses, in view of parameters hormonal status and microbiocenosis vagina's. At study hormonal status at the women with CRCV a number of infringements is revealed conducting from which are absolute and relative hyperestrogenia, which is kept during all cycle, decrease of a level progesteron and increase of a level stressful gormone. Is established, that one of the conducting factors of development candidiasis vulvovaginitis is the decrease of quantity lactobacterium in a secret of vagina on a background of increase the contents glucose in all phases of a cycle, which is nutritious environment for Candida. The contents glucose would be defined by increase of activity amylase and increase of quantity glycogen, which correlate with parameters estradiol. The decrease of the contents secretory immunoglobulin A in a secret of vagina is marked which correlates with decrease of a level progesteron. The complex method of treatment resolves hormonal of infringement and change microbiocenosis vagina's, produces positive clinical effect in 96,5 % of patients, lessens the duration of clinical manifestations in 2,6, the occurrence of relapses by 3,2 times and increasing duration remission in 3,3 times.
