Object of research -estimation process by the teacher success of educational of the schoolboys.The purpose of research - to study the psychological mechanism of objectivity of estimation of success of educational activity of the schoolboys by the teacher to develop and to approve techniques of study off all components, which tnter into the given mechanism and to carry out the comparative analysis of 5- and 12-mark estimation scale. Methods of the research - theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods - conversation, content-analysis, psychodiagnostical methods of research of the person; methods of the correlation analysis and statistical data processing. The theoretical results and novelty - laws of estimated activity are revealed, the qualities and degree of influence of psychological, personal features of the schoolboys and teachers on objectivity and importance of school marks for the participants of pedagogic process are determined. The practical results - received data are used for development of the program of a practical work on estimated activity of the future teachers and technique of its realization. The subject and degree of introduction - is introduced into work of schools № 25, 63, 89 and grammar schools № 8, 35, philological and Roman - German faculties of ONU, Odessa.
