Об'єкт дослідження - the crimes in an sphere of bank crediting and also operational-search, investigatory, court and bank practice during 1996-2001. Мета дослідження - complex criminalistic analysis the problem and development of the scientifically reasonable bases of special methodology of crime investigation in the sphere of bank crediting. Методи дослідження та апаратура - а) scientific general (systematic, logical and legal, comparative and legal); б) scientific particular (logical, functional, extrapolation and simulation); в) sociological (questioning, studies of criminal cases); г) statistical (observation, classification, analysis of indices). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the dissertation is first in Ukraine by attempt at a monographics level to put in pawn a fundamentals of methodology of crime in the sphere of bank crediting. Практичні результати і новизна - the conducted research is defined by the expressed applied aspect and finds practical incarnation in designed on its base the methodical guidelines and practical advises for the employees of law enforcement bodies. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the findings of dissertation utilised during legislative support of law-enforcement activity of modification and additions to a low of Ukraine "About crime prevention"; designed analytical help and the methodical guidelines are directed for consideration and usage to Main investigatory management, General prosecutor's office of Ukraine; the separate positions of research will be used in the educational process of National Academy of internal affairs of Ukraine. Ефективність впровадження - the designed methodical guidelines have received the positive recalls from the practical workers. Сфера використання - the activity of bodies of state power, law enforcement bodies, members of a state control and supervision, courts of justice, bank frames and other non-state organisations interested in bucking of criminality in a bank sphere, during teaching policy of criminalistics in higher educational establishments, and also within the framework of vocational training of the workers of law-enforcement departments.
