3. Об"єкт дослідження - the criminal activity and mechanisme's laws of its functions. Мета дослідження - the analisys of the state of this problem. Методи дослідження та апаратура - а) general scientific (concrete scientific) systematic, logical juridicial, comparative legal; б) proper scientific (psychological, logical, correlational, functional and of modelation; в) concrete social (interviewing, inquiry and study of criminacriminal cases); г) statistic (observations, summary, groups, analysis of indicators). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the thesis is a monografic research of the problems of criminal activity. Практичні результати та новизна - the thesis determines the continu and the remarks of criminal activity. The characteristic of the modern criminal activity, the laws and tendentions of its developpement are propposed in the thesis. The principal ideas, conclusions and recommandations formulated in the thesis are directly used for the improvement of the criminalistic's laws and during the educational process teaching the criminalistic's courses. Предмет і ступень впровадження - the proposals are sent to the internal affairs' authorities. Ефективність впровадження - the proposals and the recommendations are positivly estimated.
